About TechLixa
A small consultancy, on purpose.
We're based in Amsterdam and work with organisations across Europe, North America, Asia and Australia. Our consultants have spent years inside large Microsoft programmes, and we built TechLixa to work the way we wished those programmes had: fewer layers, senior people on the actual work, and straight answers about what the platform can and can't do.

How big is a typical project?
Anywhere from a two-week assessment to a multi-phase programme lasting a year. Most delivery projects run 8 to 20 weeks with a team of two to five people.
Can you take over an existing implementation?
Yes, and it's a big part of what we do. We start with a short health check so we both know what we're inheriting, then agree a plan to stabilise and improve it.
Do you work outside the Netherlands?
We do. Clients in Europe, North America, Asia and Australia work with us remotely, and we travel for workshops and go-lives when being in the room makes a difference.
What happens to our data when you build AI solutions?
It stays in your Microsoft tenant. We build with Microsoft Foundry, Azure OpenAI and Copilot within your existing security and compliance boundaries, and we document exactly which data each solution can see.
Do you offer fixed prices?
Assessments are always fixed fee. Delivery projects are priced per phase against an agreed scope, so you know the cost of each step before you commit to it.
